Yes, GAI Translate (as part of Guildhawk) is the first Language Service Provider (LSP) to achieve ISO:27001 certification, ensuring the highest level of security for all data. Our opt-in anonymisation service embedded in the translation platform further enhances client’s data safety.

Partners can choose between a Commission Option, where you receive up to 50% of the first-year revenue from member subscriptions, or a Service Option, where you waive commission in exchange for a defined package of GAI Translate’s language services.

How is the chosen referral option recorded and reviewed?2025-07-30T09:04:04+01:00

The selected option will be officially recorded in Schedule A of our partnership agreement and may be reviewed annually by mutual agreement.

How does the 50% benefit split work?2025-08-06T15:00:59+01:00

The Partner and GAI Translate will agree on how the total 50% benefit is split between the member discount and the Partner’s commission or service equivalent (e.g., 15% and 35%; 25% and 25%). This is negotiated case-by-case, but the total always sums to 50%.

How often is commission paid?2025-07-30T09:04:04+01:00

If you choose the Commission Option, commission is paid quarterly, within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. Commission is only payable on revenue actually received by GAI Translate from eligible member subscriptions.

What is the minimum term for the referral agreement?2025-07-30T09:03:50+01:00

This Agreement shall run for a minimum term of 12 months, commencing on the Effective Date.
