Translating text and documents with GAI Translate

Translating text

• In the Translations section, select New and enter your text.
• The system usually detects the source language automatically, or you can select it manually.
• Choose your target languages and hit Translate to receive your result instantly
• Copy the result or refine it using the toggle button.

Translating documents

• Click on the Document tab in the Translation section.
• Upload your file or simply drag it from your system.
• GAI supports many common formats.
• Select the Source Language, then choose your Target Languages (up to 30 for text, or 10 for documents).
• Click Translate and within moments, your document will be ready.
• Download the file to save or edit it immediately; downloaded translations are also stored on the platform for future use.
• For projects requiring extra precision, use the Expert Review feature where our professional linguists refine your translations, ensuring even specialised content meets the highest standards.
