A “Referral” means a bona fide introduction of a potential Client (an individual in a company / organisation) made in accordance with our referral process. It must be a new client to GAI Translate, and your referral must be made before the Client contacts us independently.

You can refer potential Clients by submitting their details via GAI Translate’s referral form, or via other means as mutually agreed by the parties.

A “Subscription” refers specifically to an annual subscription to the Company’s GAI Translate™ product. Commission is calculated as a percentage of revenue received from these eligible annual subscriptions.

The Company shall review and qualify the Referral at its sole discretion, ensuring it meets the criteria for a valid referral (e.g., the Client is not an existing or former client, and your referral was made first).

Commission is paid quarterly, within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter, and is payable only on revenue actually received by the Company from the referred member.
