Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. GAI Translate ensures robust protection of data both in transit and at rest through industry-standard encryption protocols. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. All network transmissions utilise secure protocols such as HTTPS. For data at rest, GAI Translate employs AES encryption with a minimum of 128-bit strength (and 256-bit for database encryption), ensuring compliance with FIPS 140-2 standards. Encryption keys are securely managed, with access restricted to authorised personnel and regular audits conducted. These measures collectively safeguard sensitive information against unauthorised access and support compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Partners can choose between a Commission Option, where you receive up to 50% of the first-year revenue from member subscriptions, or a Service Option, where you waive commission in exchange for a defined package of GAI Translate’s language services.
The selected option will be officially recorded in Schedule A of our partnership agreement and may be reviewed annually by mutual agreement.
The Partner and GAI Translate will agree on how the total 50% benefit is split between the member discount and the Partner’s commission or service equivalent (e.g., 15% and 35%; 25% and 25%). This is negotiated case-by-case, but the total always sums to 50%.
If you choose the Commission Option, commission is paid quarterly, within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. Commission is only payable on revenue actually received by GAI Translate from eligible member subscriptions.
This Agreement shall run for a minimum term of 12 months, commencing on the Effective Date.
