Jurga Zilinskiene MBE
Jurga is the Founder and Chief Executive of Guildhawk. She is also the mastermind behind GAI. Jurga has over 23 years’ experience within the language service industry. She is a skilled coder and champion for the use of technology to save lives and protect our planet.

Mark Brooks-Wadham
Mark is the Chairman of Guildhawk. He is an accomplished tech entrepreneur and investor. He founded Charterhouse Voice and Data, growing the company organically into a leading unified communications business before selling to private equity.

David Clarke
David is the Director and Chief Security Officer of Guildhawk. He is a military veteran and former British police officer, responsible for creating the UK National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. He is also a former chair of the charity, Fraud Advisory Panel.

Rita Hinterleithner
Rita is Head of Strategic Accounts. Her client base includes large multinational corporations and specialist intermediaries in the mining, manufacturing, energy, and legal sectors.

Giorgia Romani
Giorgia is Head of Digital Transformation. She is responsible for our team of inhouse developers and oversees our continuous programme of innovation for GAI.

Matt Ross 
Matt leads on Strategic Relationships in the USA. With over 30 years of experience in marketing goods, services and the arts across a broad range of B2B industries, he has unrivalled experience and an extensive network that promotes partnerships with Guildhawk and adoption of the GAI Translate software.

Prof. Alex Shenfield
Professor Alex is in the Machine Learning faculty at Sheffield Hallam University. He leads one of Guildhawk’s research initiatives through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), focusing on establishing high-quality data for trustworthy AI.

Dr. Chris Roast 
Dr. Chris is an Associate Professor from the Department of Computing at Sheffield Hallam University, assisting Guildhawk through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project.

Isham Iqbal
Isham is Guildhawk’s Lead Software Developer. He is involved in enhancing the development and security of Guildhawk’s SaaS product, holding an ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification.

Shashwat Upadhyay
Shashwat is a Machine Learning Engineer at Guildhawk, having studied a MSc in Data Science and commenced his role in August 2024 through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Sheffield Hallam University and Innovate UK.

Dr. Francimaria Nascimento
Dr. Francimaria is an AI Engineer at Guildhawk, specialising in advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning. She develops Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions and machine learning models for industrial applications, including fake news detection, for Guildhawk.

Alex Bessant
Alex is Guildhawk’s Head of Technology Delivery. She is involved in the digital projects Guildhawk delivers to its clients and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of digital communications projects.
